Back in 2016, Glossy.tv was asked to help develop a sustainable & future-proof brand for a new retail park at the old Ikea site in Ternat (Brussels). We proposed a 18h during ideation session, based on our Branding Through Strategy© ideology. We developed the right values, services, tone of voice and go to market strategy. After an intense naming exercise, The Leaf was born. Our clever art direction translated the entire concept in a contemporary - yet accessible - look & feel, without overusing the typical greenwashing style.

What is the Leaf? "At The Leaf Shopping Ternat, shopping is fun and relaxing. During and after shopping you can enjoy our various bars & restaurants. The site is constructed with sustainable materials, and is located in a green environment. The Leaf Shopping Ternat offers charging points for electric cars and bicycles. Walking and cycling paths are laid out on site for pedestrians and cyclists. There is a wide selection of 19 stores all under one roof. The Leaf is easily accessible by public transport and if you visit our site by car, we offer free parking space. We know kids like to play, they can run and jump in our playground while you do the shopping!"

The Leaf is a future-proof retail park, that continues to focus on raising awareness for a better tomorrow.
